Otterbrook is an owner-managed real estate developer and investor based in the South West. Otterbrook combines extensive development and refurbishment knowledge in both the residential and commercial real estate fields.
Otterbrook’s current primary focus is on high quality, low density residential new build within a 30 mile radius of Central Bath. Typically projects with a 12-36 months timeframe with land purchases of up to £3 million.
Otterbrook's Experience
Prior to establishing Otterbrook, Fin was 50% owner of Langham Park developments acquiring, funding and developing a large portfolio of distribution, offices, retail and Drive-Thru restaurants.
During his career Fin has been responsible for the acquisition and development of more than 500 acres of development land, 5 million sq ft of industrial space with a gross development value in excess of £650 Million
Otterbrook work collaboratively with their clients, either self-funding projects or sharing the risk and maximising returns.
They have in-depth knowledge and experience of the cradle to grave development process from greenfield site through to sale or investment sale.
